Arriving at the hotel, we were disappointed to find that our room had no air conditioning, which was a must in the hot August weather. After the room was cleaned, the air felt stagnant. The mattress and pillow were of low quality, and the dated carpet emitted a foul odor. The receptionist was unhelpful and even ignorant about the room assignment details. The bathroom also had a foul smell, making this a stay I won't ever recommend or repeat.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with nice comfortable beds, but the noise from the busy road can be bothersome. The service could benefit from improvement, although the breakfast provided was decent. The location is good for being close to a park and the main train station, but somewhat far from metro or tram stations. The dining experience was mixed, with fresh and delicious options but some aspects that were lacking. Overall, the facilities are decent for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was quite good, the room itself left a lot to be desired with limited ventilation and no view. The service was acceptable, though slow at times. The dining experience stood out as a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options. The facilities were decent overall.
